They are finding innovative approaches to old problems, embracing sustainability, taking care of their people, and finding new markets in which to flourish.  The list includes leaders from such diverse companies as media agencies, renewable energy companies, haircare firms, financial support foundations and, of course, technology consultancies.  Upon being named as a ‘One to Watch’ this year, Jennifer said “*The past few years have been lots of fun – we’ve grown significantly by using technology to do things we care about, with brilliant clients, in the industry that we love. * *Despite turning fifteen this year, we sometimes still see ourselves as the “plucky underdogs”, so it genuinely means the world to me, and all of us, to be recognized as leaders.
