Position Overview
The role of account manager is to ensure that clients are delighted with 67 Bricks, that we continue to win work with existing clients and that the work we do for them delivers reasonable profits in the short and long term. This requires you to have an excellent understanding of what our clients are trying to achieve, it requires you to have good relationships with client contacts and it requires you to manage projects so that they are delivered successfully and profitably.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop excellent working relationships with existing clients.
- Meet with clients to understand what they need to achieve and what problems they are facing.
- Deliver revenues from existing clients by uncovering new ways to help our clients (new project opportunities).
- Manage the resources, timescales and budgets for client projects to ensure they are delivered successfully and profitable.
- At all times keep the client and technical team informed of project progress.
- Work with the client to uncover and document the business requirements for a project.
- Review and assess whether proposed technical solutions will deliver the clients business objectives.
- Be proactive in improving and developing 67 Bricks processes and systems.
- Take overall responsibility for client project success, including carry out testing on projects before each delivery.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Produce end user documentation.
- Gather marketing collateral from the client (case studies, client quotes etc).

We are a small, young company looking for people who want to have a real impact where they work.
We want account managers who enjoy building close relationships with clients and who are capable of managing the delivery of client solutions. You should be the kind of person who is likeable, empathetic and passionate and you should be an excellent communicator.
We think people should enjoy what they do, we are looking for people who have a genuine interest in understanding and solving peoples problems. We do not expect candidates to have extensive experience in either account management or project management, but you must have the desire and passion to engage with our clients and develop mutually beneficial long term relationships.
We are interested in speaking to people with anywhere between 0-5 years career experience. The starting salary will be dependent on your experience.
